CSDF Handbook of Debate Rules and Formats (released October 7, 2009)
The CSDF-prescribed sets of rules, ballots, scripts and styles that are used each year for the National Student Debating Seminar. This version was used for the 2009 Winnipeg National Seminar and will be updated slightly for the 2011 Hay River Seminar.
Application for Membership (2009-10)
At any time a new organization can apply for membership; however, with the exception of Quebec, each province may only have one member organization at a time. See Member Organizations for a current list.
