CSDF DOCUMENTS
The Canadian Student Debating Federation ("CSDF") is a registered non-profit that is composed of member regional debate organizations and governed by corporate officers and a Board of Directors. The National Student Debating Seminar is a long-standing annual CSDF event, mandated by by-law, that provides a forum for discussing and debating issues of common concern to Canadians.

NATIONALS DOCUMENTS
The Canadian Junior National Debating Championship is overseen by an ad-hoc committee of the provincial and territorial organizations that are attending the event.

The Canadian Senior National Debating Championship and British Parliamentary National Championships are governed by the Canadian National Debate Championships Board (CNDC), a committee comprised of the provincial and territorial members but independent of the CSDF, which is chaired by the current Senior Nationals tournament host. The table below contains the meeting minutes of the CNDC.

A French language National Debating Championship has been run as an ad-hoc concurrent event to the Senior National Debating Championships of 2017-2023, and a separate event hosted by the CSDF in 2024 and 2025.
