The Tom Lawson Awards are presented to the students who best embody the spirit of the National Seminar. Recipients are selected through a vote by the student delegates. The awards were established to honor Tom Lawson, founder of the Canadian Student Debating Federation, and to recognize his lasting contributions to the organization.
