CHAMPIONNATS PARLEMENTAIRES CANADIENS-BRITANNIQUES SENIORS
Les Championnats parlementaires canadiens-britanniques seniors sont le tournoi parlementaire britannique reconnu pour les débatteurs du secondaire. Les concurrents sont sélectionnés par leurs associations provinciales de débat, généralement à l'issue d'un championnat provincial. Ces championnats constituent l'épreuve de qualification exclusive du Canada pour les compétitions de débat des écoles d'Oxford et de Cambridge.
Le tournoi a été fondé en 2005 par Chris George du Lower Canada College, en collaboration avec des associations de débat et des écoles de tout le Canada. Initialement lancé sous le nom de Championnats nord-américains (NorAms), il est devenu la Coupe Oxford en 2009, reflétant son rôle de qualification pour Oxford. En 2018, grâce à l'élargissement des invitations de Cambridge et à l'admission des élèves du premier cycle du secondaire, il a été rebaptisé Championnats parlementaires canado-britanniques.
