Les prix Tom Lawson sont décernés aux étudiants qui incarnent le mieux l'esprit du Séminaire national. Les lauréats sont sélectionnés par vote des délégués étudiants. Ces prix ont été créés pour honorer Tom Lawson, fondateur de la Fédération canadienne de débat étudiant, et pour souligner sa contribution durable à l'organisation.
